THE RESTAURANT

The Restaurant has 2 communicating dining rooms, which can seat up to 120 people; one opening onto the park, while the other onto a sun filled medieval courtyard.

In summer, snacks are served by the pool and a candlelight  dinner in the park.

The Restaurant is open to the public and to the Hotel guests- The cuisine can be described as Tuscan home cooking with some French dishes and several of their own original recipes using vegetables, fruit and fresh aromatic herbs from own vegetable patch, and olive oil from the estate and wines from the best farms in Tuscany.

 The menu changes daily, and has a choice of 5 entrees, 5 seconds of fish and meat and same number of vegetables and deserts. The given preference is to offer a limited choice of fresh dishes, done with the products in season at that moment, with local cheese and wine from the region.

Banquets and Gala Dinner for Wedding, we establish the menu with the couple and we provide a precise estimate all including. We do not rent the villa.

Many the specialties: from Fried sage alla Buttera to the Ribollita- from all sorts of warm Crostini to the Artichoke flan in Crust- the Penne al Coccio, pasta served with a white truffle sauce- the Pheasant with Vine Leaves, Savoyard Veal- Cheese Soufflé- different Risottos and home made pasta- Brazed meat with Chianti wine- Crayfish Beignets in pink sauce - Naked Ravioli – Duck in fine herbs - Cod with Leeks- Standing Artichokes- Passing to the Desserts, we have to mention the Mousse of wild Oranges with Grand Marnier,created usingthe oranges from the garden- the Black Coffee Cake- both strictly made at home, the Iceberg Cup, based on lemon ice cream and Pomp emus, incredibly refreshing!
